I present you.... SPRINGFIELD! :)

Hey little fellas...

Me and my friend Vanesha is such a music lovers. And we love singing, we love composing, we play guitar together, I write songs and she made the rhyme... We love music like.. CRAZY!!

A  few months ago we went to a local cafe (it's Coffee Toffee), we love staying ther from 7pm to 10pm, haha.. And then a such a brilliant idea come to my head, and I suddenly said "What if me make a duet band?" and she was like "That's what I'm thinking about!" How crazy is that?! :D

And then we think about the band names. There's a lot of names that comes to our mind, but we think it's better if the band name is sounds like a last name. I wrote some names on the paper, twist it and we should pick one paper together, and then it'll be our band name. There's some names that I wrote: Dakota Sisters, McPerry (McPerry is actually me and Elisa's pseudonym last name) and so on. I just don't remember them all! :P Then... We pick a paper together, guess what we got? SPRINGFIELD!

Both of us suddenly like "I wish this name to come!" Haha! That's the first time we use our name, I mean, our band name. So whenever we made a duet cover, we always use that name. And yesterday, she went to my house and she told me that she really want to make a cover of "Live While We're Young" by One Direction, but I told her I haven't learn that song, so we changed it to "Glad You Came" by The Wanted.

That's our crazy pictures after we finished our cover. And we do have some crazy videos on keek, we're just 2 little dumbs, what else can we do? :D

But last night was so cruel... She stayed from 6pm to 8.45pm and I don't even bathing (eeewwwhhh!!!) and dinner! Plus, I haven't finish my homework!! :( But that's ok, I had a lot of fun making a cover with her. When I listen to that cover, I was like "Hhmm, I should be a music production!" haha, shweird :D

PS. By the way, I;m here, bloggin in my computer lab.. Such a crime. Hahah! That's school meant to be, right? :D

Soul Of The Nation! :)

I was surfing on YouTube because I was bored and I dunno what to do. And then I saw this ads about Soul Of The Nation. And I was like "What is this?" Then I decided to open it, and it's kinda like an entry for anyone who wants to take a part for the sing-along project.

They wanted us to sing a song "Padamu Negeri" on the webcam and the video will be aired on September 30th 2012 in Indosat Stage at the LA Lights Java Soulnation, Istora Senayan Jakarta. It'll be so much fun because everyone would see the video of over than 1500 people sing it together!! I can't wait to see my face there, hahah :)

I've tried to make my own video of that and it doesn't worked out :( But after 5 times trying, sweating, struggling with a slow internet connection... I did it!! :D So here's the pictures of me on their website :)

Good News: I'M ON TYLER WARD'S NEW ALBUM!

Yeah, that's 100% true, everyone... :)

A few weeks ago, Tyler made a contest for anyone who wants to be a part on his newest album. And I know I should take a part, so I sent him the file of me singing a little part of his song (I don't even know what's the title) and at August 18th he posted the preview of that song. And I can hear my voice CLEARLY! :D OH MY GOD! I'm so excited! I love him and I think he's the best male singer on YouTube (my version, hehe).

The bad news is: He said that he'll post the official video on Sept 18th (yesterday), but then he siad they have to change the date to Sept 25th. I've been waiting for a month to hear my own voice on that song... But I understand that he may have some things to do before he post that song.

So, that's my good news, I can't wait to send you guys to that song soon!!

A very awkward blog

It's 9:46 am in my hometown. Guess what? I'm at school, I mean I'm actually at the computer lab. Heheh... Kinda awkward. My teacher tell us to make a pictures on Corel Draw, and you know what I draw? ANDROID LOGO.

I don't really like to studying when I'm sick (my throat is kinda hurt since last Friday, and I don't like that liquid medicine, eeewwwhhh....) but I'd like blogging. Internet is such a good world to me :) Like... A lot (?). So, here I am, sitting in the back with those girls that I don't really like (what should I do? This is a cruel world) and my chairman passing by like a pageant queen (hahaha!) But yeah... Today is kinda strange to me. I woke up today at 5 am, and I suddenly think of my sweetheart :) Hahah... It's awesome to think someone I love :D And of course, I think of him right now when I'm typing this. I don't know what I write, I just do it....

Basically, I'm here at school, in the middle of the weirdest thing in my life (school friends) and I can't help my mind thinking of million things at the same time. I mean, right now I think of my English exam, the lunch time, my new dress that I haven't pay (hohoho!!), my broken cellphone, my group homeworks... It's kinda killing me. So I take this chance to blogging :* I love you blog....

So yeah, that's my 'so awkward blog', I hope you're confuse :D

Broken Phone, Broken Heart (?)

A few days ago when I went to MTP with my friends, I put my cellphone inside my bag as usual. I already knew that my cellphone is a little bit cracky, so I put my bag on the floor when we took pictures. And one of my friend accidentally step on it! I didn't realize that it makes my cellphone broken, but when we got to the parking lot.... This is what I see:

Honestly, I laugh at it when the first time I saw it! I mean, it's kinda funny how a skinny man broke it off! LOL :D We all laughed because it's strange how my skinny friend broke it off with just a single step. He apologize about that and I was like "Well, it's ok. It's just an accident," finnally, noone could be blame on, it's my fault too.. hehehe... :p

And when I got home, I showed it to my dad and he's not mad, he's laugh! So do my mom (even though she said she'd kill me if I ask her to buy me a new one :D ), I'm not going to think about that like crazy.

I'm about to buy a new one too this Christmas, but I haven't decide what will I buy, also, it's not a big deal for me. I love this cellphone. I actually got another one like this last year, but it's gone missing one day. So I decide to buy a new one (same type, same color) with my own money :) (y).

Well... that's my blog for tonight, kinda weird, uh? :D

I need a new song book!!

Well, it's 15:30 pm in my hometown, and I don't know what to do o_O But when I turned my back, I saw that spiral book there. And yeah... That's my song book :D

Since the end of 2009 I've been taking this music writing thing seriously. I mean, it's not just something I'd do tomorrow and next week, but it's something that I should do very often-in case when I got inspiration. So let me tell you a little secret on my writing wolrd...

My Favorite YouTube Musicians

I've been on YouTube since 2009, the first time I know that site hahah :D And my musical 'career' was begin there, when I saw a girl with her guitar playing her original song. I've been writing song for a long time before I know YouTube and when I found that homepage, my first thought was "I should share my music here!" :)

Everybody needs inspiration, sometimes that thing comes to you... Just like me. These people are my inspiration in writing music, they are true talents! Let me show you some people who inspire me in my musical journey.

#1. Tiffany Alvord
Yes! I saw her video "UNSAID" and that original song blew me away! Like... It's crazy because when I heard that lyrics, I suddenly realized that the way I feel that day was the same. And I started to love her back then.

Before she was famous. Tiffany is a real star!!

I love Orla because she's soooo talented and very 'realistic' but not too 'dramatic', you know what I mean....?? Heheh :)

Volunteer

So today (Sept 16th 2012) me and my family went to a village far away from my house, and it took for about an hour to get there. A couple weeks ago there was a very big earthquake in my hometown. Guess what? That village is collapse! 100 people lost their home, their field, their family and even their livestocks! My parents and my little brother were there at the church when the first earthquake happened (August 18th 2012), and the next days my mom took these pictures:

Until today, they still need our help. Their village is so isolated, there's no signal, clinic and even hospital! And also, since this morning when I went there, I can still feel the ground a little bit shaky. We all worried, the ground is so fragile and could collapse anytime.

Tomkins Touring Boots :D

My parents bought me this boots when they went to Singapore a cople months ago. It's an unexpected thing that I got from them. I actually asked them to bought me a boots with heels, but they bought me this touring boots :(

Well, I guess it's not a big deal anymore, I'm kinda like it. Even though I don't really like to ride the motorcyle, but I think it's awesome :D Here is:

Nail Polish + Remover :D

I love nail arts. I really do, and I think this thing is so cool. Last night when I went to MTP with my friends, I stopped by at Naughty, and I saw those amazing nail polishes, dark colors, bright colors, glittery and so on.

I love bright colors, but I do love those dark colors too. In fact my school doesn't allow us to use polishes, then I think it's pretty good to collect some darker and natural colors. I love dark color in my toes, and natural colors in my fingers.

My favorite colors by now are ruby red, dark red, bright red, blue, dark green and white :) Basically love red, I think red is so sexy, hahah! But I decided to use the pink-brownish on my finger, it fits on my skin tone either. I bought 4 last night, dark blue, pink-brownish, ocean green and a clear one. I should buy this clear one, because my nails would look so ugly without it :D

Here are the polishes that I bought yesterday, from PATY LOVE Nail Polish products:

As I said, I love natural colors on my fingers, here's the picture of my nails with that pink-brownish color:

Also, I bought the nail polish remover, a product from Look Ever, and that remover is fantastic! It's a 55 ml acetone in a baby pink little bottle with a sponge inside of it. Very easy to use, you just have to put your finger one by one inside of it for about 15-20 seconds, or if you want to you can spin the bottle to make it clean quickly.

It smells like strawberry :)

 

There's also 2 problems about this remover, first it makes your skin dry, and it's so hard to remove the polish that stuck on your cuticule. Besides, it's amazing, easy, and cheap :D

Photobox! :)

Last night me and my friends went to the MTP after our choir pratice. We had a lot of fun there. At first we don't know what to do there, but then I said "what if we take pictures?" they suddenly yelled "Yeah!" So we rushed to the 2nd floor and found that photobox in the corner of the room. Ironic, that space was too small for 6 of us! But with a little bit hardwork... We succeeded! :D

My wonderful Russian girls!

Today's blog will be a dedication for my wonderful girls that makes my life so much brigther and amazing. They're super cool, so adorable and I swear I'm lucky enought to get to know them :)

She's my Russian friend that I met on YouTube a couple years ago, she's really adorable and an incredible singer too!! I love her like crazy! Hahahah!!

Yup! That's her. Beautiful, isn't she? I remember when we sang a cover of Ours by our favorite singer Taylor Swift, that's so amazing! I guess you should catch her blog here. I wish I could meet her in real life someday, somewhere, somehow... :)

#2. Alina
Even though I just met her a few months ago, I found that Alina is such a gorgeous friend. She's so friendly and kind too, and also she's a friend of Nadya :D

Gorgeous! That's all I can say! :) She has a beautiful smile and those charming eyes... Alina, you're so amazing! :D I wish I could meet her too, that'll be so cool and of course, unforgettable! :)

I guess you'll be as happy as I am now if you know them. It's ridiculous to have friends in another side of the world, but it's pity if you think you can't find a friends like them. Just to know these sweethearts does exist, makes my life a little bit better :)
